Cooking Instructions for Pastitsio and Moussaka
Pastitsio
Ingredients:
Ziti pasta, ground beef, cheese, salt and pepper to taste, oregano, nutmeg, cinnamon, tomato paste, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, fresh parsley, and béchamel sauce
​Cooking Instructions:

Remove pan from freezer and place in refrigerator.

Let pan thaw in refrigerator overnight.

Preheat oven at 350°.

Remove all coverings from pan (aluminum foil and plastic wrap).

Place unwrapped pan on the center rack of the oven.

Cook for about one hour at 350° or until golden brown.

Remove pan from oven and let sit for about 20 minutes.

Cut and serve.

Moussaka
Ingredients:
Eggplant, ground beef, potato, cheese, salt and pepper to taste, oregano, nutmeg, cinnamon, tomato paste, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, fresh parsley, and béchamel sauce
Cooking Instructions:
